1. Services. We provide custom Minecraft building services to our clients. Our services are provided on a best efforts basis and we will work diligently to ensure that you are satisfied with the finished product.

2. Payment. Payment for our services is required in advance, and will be determined based on the scope and complexity of the project. We reserve the right to revise our pricing at any time, and will provide you with notice of any changes.

3. Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights in the services, including any designs, images, or other materials created by us, are owned by us. You may not use our intellectual property for any purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Confidentiality. We will keep all information related to your project confidential, and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

6. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services.

7. Termination. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using our services.

8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
